In this way, we aim to provide a consistent offering in accordance with their individual needs and interests, tailored to each customer's profile.

<\/span>Questions, Suggestions, Complaints \u2013 the processing of your data is necessary to handle any commercial questions, suggestions and complaints, helping us to improve our performance.

In order to provide you with access to your personal data and to prevent such data from being disclosed to an unauthorised third party, Camila&Ca Porto may require proof of your identity by requesting the presentation of a valid and up-to-date identification document. Please note that the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

17. <\/span>In accordance with applicable law, notification shall not be required in the following circumstances: where Jos\u00e9 C\u00e2ndido Cruz Lda. has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data, and those measures were applied to the personal data affected by the breach; where the company has taken subsequent measures to ensure that the high risk to the rights and freedoms of the data subjects is no longer likely to materialise; or where notification would involve disproportionate effort for Jos\u00e9 C\u00e2ndido Cruz Lda. In such cases, Camila&Ca Porto shall make a public communication or take a similar measure whereby the data subject is informed.
